畑について vineyard
19世紀に有名だった詩人であり作家のグザヴィエ・フォルネレの母親から寄贈されたこの畑は、元々16世紀に設立されたボーヌの名家が所有していました。キュヴェの起源はサヴィニーの北斜面にあるブドウの樹です。畑の上部と下部にある2つの区画から収穫され、良年だった2017年よりも2018年がさらに果実が熟していました。それは収量にするように栽培をコントロールした畑での努力の証です。
Although the donation came from his mother, the Cuvee rather more evokes Xavier Forneret, poet and writer of renown in the XIXth Century and from a prominent family established in Beaune from the XVIth Century.The Cuvee has its origins in the vines of the northern slope of Savigny. From two plots at the top and bottom of the vineyard, which ripened better in 2018 than 2017, a tribute to redoubled efforts in the vineyard to optimise yields.

黒スグリのパワフルな香りやプラムの皮、リコリスやシナモンのスパイスが感じられ、口に含むと最初は黒果実の印象が感じられますが、徐々に赤系果実のニュアンスも現れます。ブラックチェリーやほのかなタバコが感じられ、タンニンはやわらかくスムースです。印象的な凝縮感は樽のニュアンスと絶妙にマッチし、上質な酸が溶け込むことで、より素晴らしい味わいを生み出しています。ソフトで心地よく、深みのある熟した赤系果実のフィニッシュがこのワインの魅力を引き立たせます。
Powerful aromas of black currant, plum peel, licorice and cinnamon spice are evident on the palate, with initial impressions of black fruits on the palate, but gradually red fruit notes also emerge. Black cherry and a hint of tobacco on the palate, with soft, smooth tannins. The impressive concentration is perfectly matched with the oak nuances and is enhanced by the integration of good acidity. Soft, pleasant, deep, ripe red fruit finish complements this wine's appeal.
