Returns and Exchanges

We we pay close attention to shipping products, however, in the event you receive a different product from your order, or if you suspect damage, soiling, or abnormal quality during transit, please contact us immediately within 8 days of receipts.

・ If the product is damaged during the time of transportation, we will exchange it for the same product. In addition, a refund will be provided if a product is missing from the shipment.
・ We will not accept returns or exchanges even if there is a problem with wine which has already been opened

- Our wines are very sensitive to temperature changes. In particular, vintage wines are vulnerable to temperature changes, so please unpack immediately after arrival and store in a cool, dark place. Even if cold chain is used, there may be  condensation, label misalignment, scratches, cork swelling, wine liquid leakage, etc. due to temperature differences with the room temperature. Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges in that case.

- We strive to understand the actual state of the product as much as possible with product photos. However, it may be slightly different from the actual product. Please be aware of this beforehand.

- Due to the characteristics of the product, please note that deterioration due to aging such as stains, stains, etc. on labels, bottles, cap seals, etc. should be noted.

- Due to the nature of the product, returned or exchanged by the customer's convenience can not be accepted in principle.

- Due to the characteristics of the product, please forgive that we can not respond to complaints about the taste of opened cork-taint, oxidation, or other wine fault, etc.

- If more than 8 days have passed since the product arrived, we cannot accept cancellation, exchange, refund, or return in any circumstances.
